Part II: Information Deelo Processes on Your Behalf

When you use Deelo's business applications (CRM, Projects, Invoicing, etc.), you may input data about your customers, contacts, and business operations. This is referred to as "Customer Data" or "Service Data."
Your Responsibilities
You are the data controller for your Customer Data. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have proper consent to collect and process data
- Complying with applicable data protection laws
- Providing notice to your customers about data collection
- Responding to data subject requests from your customers
Our Role as Processor
For Customer Data, Deelo acts as a data processor. We will:
- Process data only according to your instructions
- Maintain appropriate security measures
- Assist you in responding to data subject requests
- Delete or return data upon termination of service
- Not access your data except to provide the service or when required by law
